Policy on return and warranty
Return policy
You have 30 days after the delivery date to return your package in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only given if the product has not been used and the box has not been opened.
No returns are accepted on used products, opened boxes, demonstration products, refurbished products, special orders, or products marked "final sale."
There are also no returns on repair and replacement parts. These parts are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty: Boutique Chapman benefits
Problems due to manufacturing defects are covered by a 100% manufacturer's warranty.
The product must be returned to Boutique Chapman at your expense and will be inspected by one of our expert technicians. Once the cause of the problem is identified, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer at our expense.
Parts and labor costs for warranty repairs are covered by Boutique Chapman. There is no warranty on parts that are not installed by one of our technicians.
Availability warranty
For goods covered by the availability warranty, Boutique Chapman offers replacement parts, in-store repair services, and the information for maintenance and repair.
Products marked "final sale" are not covered by the availability warranty.
